Smoked Gouda : Cheese and Champagne are a classic combination. Jalapenos stuffed with creamy yellow Dutch cheese and broiled to perfection.
50 gm smoked Gouda
2 Jalapeno peppers
2 Bacon strips
Slice the Jalapeno peppers in halves.
Cut the smoked gouda in small strips and place it in the halved Jalapenos.
Cook bacon and let it cool down. Wrap it around the cheese stuffed Jalapenos.
Place them in broiler for 10 minutes till the cheese melts.
Serve once it cools down.
