Salmon roast in honey-mustard glaze
Salmon Roast: Dare to be different? Here is a show-stopping traditional turkey alternative, a glorious family lunch and a magnificent centrepiece.
Ingredients Salmon Roast :
1 kg salmon fillets with skin
1 tablespoon paprika
honey 1 tablespoon
1 lemon, cut in wedges
1 tablespoon olive oil
wholegrain mustard 1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon ginger paste
Preheat oven to 200° C
Brush olive oil on the salmon fillets and place it on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Blend pepper powder, paprika, ginger paste, mustard and honey with the remaining olive oil, and coat it over the fish.
Roast uncovered for about 20 minutes.
Serve with lemon wedges.
