Roasted Corn & Black Bean Tacos

This dish is going to be addictive. So, don’t blame if Tacos become irresistible after this! It’s easy to make so let’s get started:

Ingredients

1 Cup Roasted Black Beans

1 Cup Roasted Corns

1 Finely Diced Bell Pepper

1 Finely Diced Onions

1 Finely Diced Tomato

1 Finely Diced Green Onions

Garlic Ginger Paste

1 Cup Chopped Cilantro & Mint Leaves

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cheese

Seasonings

Preparation

  1. Get a bowl and add black beans and corns into it.
  2. Dice up the bell peppers very fine and add it to the mixture in the bowl.
  3. The same thing should be done with onions, tomatoes, and green onions.
  4. Now, add some garlic ginger paste along with salt, pepper, oregano and chili flakes to it.
  5. Mix the mixture well and sprinkle some cilantro, mint and extra virgin olive oil onto it.
  6. Take the tacos and fill in the mixture into it, sprinkle some cheese and salsa sauce on top of it. Yummy tacos are ready to eat!
