Thai Green Curry

What would you like for Dinner?

“Not Thai food…” said no one EVER!!

The lip-smacking Thai curry green is surely a treat for all Thai food lovers.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon oil
1/2 cup baby corns, sliced
3/4 cup green curry paste
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
3/4 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup Zucchini
1/4 cup cottage cheese, cubes
a pinch of sugar
1/2 cup broccoli
1/2 cup mushrooms
salt to taste

Preparation

Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the green curry paste and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute. Add all the veggies, sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute. Then Add the coconut milk, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes.

Add the sugar and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 more minute.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
