3 big mangoes (alphonso/kesar pista)
1½ cups full cream milk
3 tablespoons sugar
¼ cup sliced cashews, pistachios & almonds
4 scoops of mango ice cream
Peel the mangoes, chop and add it in the blender along with sugar, and milk.
Blend it into smooth milkshake.
Pour it into glasses, a little below the brim.
Top it off with a scoop of mango ice cream.
Garnish with sliced dry fruits.
Serve with a spoon and straw.
