1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup full fat Greek yogurt
1 frozen banana
1 tsp vanilla protein powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder


Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Blend well with a hand blender and enjoy. Can also be refrigerated to make a cold shake.
