120 grams All Purpose Flour / Maida – Sugar
170 grams Honey
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
100 grams Unsalted Butter
Baking Powder – 1.5 tsp
1/4 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 180C. Take honey butter and sugar in a pan and heat it on low flame till they are melted. Mix them well. Add water if needed. Let it cool down and then add the flour, baking powder and eggs. Blend all the ingredients well until a fine paste is formed.
Now, put that into the oven and let it bake for about 45 minutes. Keep checking periodically. After baked well, take it out and add a spoon of honey on it. One can also sprinkle some shredded coconut on it, that will give it an exquisiteness.
