Layered Berry & Chia Seed Smoothie

An appetizing blend of berries mixed with healthy almond milk and chia seeds to give a perfect pick up; be it for breakfast, mid-day snack, or a healthy dessert. A simple, easy and effortless recipe to get the much-desired energy boost.

For Chia pudding

6 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
½ tsp vanilla extract

For berry smoothie

½ cup frozen strawberries
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk


Blend all the pudding ingredients together along with a natural sweetener and keep it for 2 hours.

Blend the smoothie ingredients separately.

Press slices of kiwi or strawberry to the side of the glass.

Layer chia pudding on the bottom and top with berry smoothie.

Toff off with frozen fruits of your choice. Enjoy!
