Oatmeal Bowl with Sunflower Seeds & Agave
One can have an oatmeal bowl every day and literally cannot get bored at all. After all, Oatmeal makes a filling, healthy breakfast!
1/2 cup Rolled or Multigrain oats
1.5 cup Water
1 Tablespoon Sunflower seeds
1 Tablespoon Agave nectar
Prepare your oats by adding water to it and heating it. Once cooked, top it with sunflower seeds and drizzle some Agave nectar. You can also experiment and try to top it with berries of your choice.
