Palak Pakora A Perfect Snack For Evening

Think of a tea time snack and none another but Palak pakoras’ picture comes to the mind. Potato pakoras, onion pakoras, eggplant pakoras, bell peppers pakoras banana pakoras…there are just so many! It’s always fun experimenting pakora recipes and bringing in variations on the table.

One such unprecedented pakora dish is Palak Pakora! Sounds unique and smells scrumptious right? Try this dish and the reviews are always welcome 🙂

Oh, and also serve it with a hot cup of tea!

2 Cup Besan
1 Tablespoon Peanuts, roasted and finely chopped
1.5 Cup Spinach, chopped
1 Onions, thinly sliced
2 Green chillies, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon Ajwain/Carom seeds
1 Teaspoon Red chilli powder
2 Tablespoon Azafran’s Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Garam masala
1 Cup Mint and Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon Oregano
1 Tablespoon Lime juice
Water as required

Take a bowl wherein all the ingredients will be mixed. Make sure you take a big one.
Start with Besan. Add chopped spinach first, then onions, green chillies, roasted peanuts, ajwain, red chilli powder, garam masala, mint, coriander leaves, oregano, salt, lime juice and Azafran’s EVOO.
Now add the required amount of water and mix everything well.
Now, take a pan and put oil in it, put it on low flame.
When the oil is hot enough, drop the spoonfuls of the batter into and let it fry until golden brown.
While taking it out, make sure, it is taken out on the tissue first. This way, the extra oil will be absorbed by the tissue.
Serve the tasty Palak Pakoras with any chutney or just a hot cup of tea.
