Ragi Kanji Porridge
A wholesome, healthy breakfast loaded with gluten-free ingredients, this Ragi kanji makes a perfect breakfast.
4 tablespoons ragi flour
1 cup water
Buttermilk as required
Salt to taste
- Mix the flour with water.
- Cook in medium flame, stirring consistently.
- Once the flour reaches a thick glossy consistency, switch off the flame.
- Allow it to cool.
- Heat little oil in a pan, add cumin and curry leaves. Once they splutter
turn off the heat and add this to the porridge.
- Add salt and buttermilk.
