6 cloves of garlic; crushed
2 tablespoon olive oil (for sautéing)
½ cup chilli infused olive oil (or else, ½ teaspoon chilli flakes can be added to the plain oil)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon oregano flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Add 2 tablespoon olive oil in a fry pan, and sauté the garlic until golden brown.
Add ½ cup chilli infused olive oil in a bowl.
Add the sautéd garlic, and the rest of the ingredients to it.
Gently swirl the oil to mix in the ingredients.
Keep it for an hour before serving.
Enjoy as a dipping sauce with crusty bread.
