We are sure you would like the idea of home made salad dressing. This simple; yet tasty recipe of Italian salad dressing can be prepared in just a few minutes, and is too tasty to forgo. Shake it; and store it; in the refrigerator for quick and easy salad making.

¾ cup garlic infused extra virgin olive oil (or 4 cloves of garlic; minced)
¼ cup red wine vinegar
1½ tablespoons maple syrup
2½ cups Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
Add all the ingredients in a salad dressing maker or an air tight container.
Close the lid tightly, and shake it for 10 seconds till all the ingredients blend well.
Spread any shredded salad greens, and use the oil for dressing.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Tips: As the dressing sits for some time, the ingredients will separate. So shake well before using.
Make sure the greens are completely dry, or else the salad might water down.
