Return Policy

All sales are final. Please note, Azafran reserves the right to refuse all returns.In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged products within 7 days of receipt of package. Customer must include photos of the issue including the packing slip. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such order. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

For Orders Within India

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

Rs.50 flat fee for all parts of India (free shipping over Rs. 500)

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time is 6- 7 business days. Please note that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers from local carrier in your city or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

REPLACEMENT/RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We will provide free of cost replacement of the product within 5 working days after the product has been delivered, in case you have;received item(s) in poor, damaged or mutilated condition or;received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) that you have ordered with us.

Refund Policy

Under special circumstances, if Azafran considers to return the Payment for any order, the payment will be reflected within 7 to 10 days after Azafran has processed the refund. This delay is generally due to and depends on the service provider through the payment was initiated or done by the Customer.
To get full refund, please return the item(s) to us in their original packing in unopened and undamaged condition, with all original tags/labels attached along with proof of purchase within 5 days from date of receipt of items(s) at your end.
All costs associated with returning the item to us including return shipping charges and any taxes if applicable shall need to be taken care by you.
Original shipping cost (if any) will deducted from the refund amount.
Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will initiate refund procedure for your money within 3-4 working days.
The refund will be processed to the same account/method from which the payment was made. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
