10 -15 cup Tulsi leaves

1 tsp tea leaves

1 tsp Ginger; grated

1 tsp Lemon juice

1 tsp Jaggery (or honey)

1 tsp Peppercorns

2 cups Water

A pinch of black salt


In a vessel add water, tulsi leaves, black pepper and ginger.

Boil for 10 minutes on low heat.

Add tea leaves and remove from heat.

Cover and keep for 2 minutes, then add the jaggery/honey.

Strain the tea, then add salt and lemon juice.

Serve immediately.
